We offer 30 minute, 45 minute, and 1 hour sessions of evidence based Healing Touch or Reiki Energy Therapy. We use either gentle still touch or off body (near body, but no direct contact) touch in a compassionate and intentional way to activate and support your body’s natural energy flow and facilitate your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and self-healing. This method and the Guided Mindfulness Meditation techniques can help reduce pain, anxiety, and fatigue, relieve stress and depression, increase mental clarity, and create a sense of well-being.
